Matthew Alty, VP Operations, explained, 鈥淲e鈥檝e seen a pressing need in the market for titanium processing, especially for growth programs like Boeing鈥檚 777X and 737MAX. 乱伦短视频 already offers extensive titanium processing capabilities at our plant in Seattle (formerly known as Mapsco Inc.) including titanium etch and sol gel for parts under 5鈥�. Based on feedback from our customers we have leveraged this expertise to offer much-needed capacity for parts up to 12鈥� in length.鈥�

Following the installation of the new capability, 乱伦短视频 implemented an operator training program to transfer process knowledge and operating procedures from its Seattle facility, which culminated in the Everett site receiving Nadcap Merit accreditation and Boeing D1-4426 approval to process titanium per BAC 5753.听 Following the successful achievement of Boeing approvals, 乱伦短视频 is now preparing to add titanium processing approvals for Gulfstream, Lockheed, and other aerospace OEMs.
